DSL Equipment
In AT&T & Verizon coverage areas, we operate an open system. What this means is that any compatible modem may be used. This means you can buy from any source to sell to your customers or allow the customer to use his/her own modem. In the Covad areas, customers must use a Covad supplied modem.
You may order a compatible modem from CRPhone, Inc. We currently offer the Westell Liteline which comes in standard bridge mode and can be configured to do PPPoE authentication. They are founs within the BACC system and include the modem, power supply, micro filters, 1 phone splitter, and an Ethernet and phone cable.
VoIP Equipment
With our VoIP system, again it is an open system and you may purchase any Analog Telephone Adapters (ATA's).
You may order from a compatible ATA from CRPhone, Inc. We currently offer the Linksys PAP2T-NA VoIP Adapter. ATA supports two separate VoIP line(s) and all voice codecs. ATAs are pre-provisioned and drop shipped directly to customers. With the simplicity of plug & play support is minimized to you the business operator.
We do not have hardware restrictions, in fact our networks are open, meaning you can use any compatible equipment.
We have complied a list of compatible modems over time. Please note that when using your own equipment you and your customer assume the risk of it not operating properly or being compatible at all. The CRPhone, Inc. support team is not able to provide technical assistance with equipment configuration if the modem is not or has not been on our equipment list.
Wi-Fi Equipment
CRPhone, Inc. primarily utilizes Ubiquiti equipment & accessories, either use DSL provided by CRPhone, Inc. or any Data connection available. Required to purchase the router from CRPhone, Inc. the devise comes preconfigured, with a generic splash page for customer login.
Range of service devices transmits depends primarily on the antenna you connect to the the router itself. Though not required you can purchase your atenna from any source. Equipment is avalable from within the BACC Administration area. Wi-Fi equipment comes as a bundle or individual items, whether your setting up a complete solution or needing a dependable source for hardware.

CRPhone, Inc. offers Cellular handles devices for CDMA & GSM frequinces. Combined with our service plans CRPhone, Inc. will allow you to save your customers hundreds of dollars a month on their wireless bill.
